Community Health Network, Inc. was founded in 1985 by Sarah Hackett in response to the lack of resources for temporary staffing in the home health industry. We were able to overcome the industry's initial reticence to utilizing agency staff by providing experienced, highly qualified nurses. We continue to maintain that excellence when hiring both administrative and nursing staff.




Community Health Network, Inc.

  • provides certified Home Health Agencies, Hospitals, Health Maintenance Organizations and Insurance companies with experienced per diem community health nurses and case managers who can fill in to supplement regular staff in time of need using little or no agency administration time.
