Holliston, MA 10/29/2019—CHN Health Care Group, Inc. https://www.chninc.com/ headquartered in Holliston, MA, was honored with a 2019 American Staffing Association Elevate Award. This national awards program recognizes the most innovative and effective work-based learning programs designed specifically for temporary and contract employees.
CHN was honored for its Managed Care Project in which CHN provides highly skilled and experienced Home Care registered nurses for a Boston area health plan to be cross-trained in performing new member Assessments and Care Management during peak enrollment periods. These nurses are able to quickly adapt to the environment, needs, and community resources available all with the goal of keeping patients in their homes and out of the hospital.
“I’m thrilled to be able to work on this project year after year. Despite the majority of our nurses accepting permanent positions after the contract is up, it’s a win-win knowing we have done a good job in providing talent they wish to retain and our nurses are happy to accept a role with such a great organization that is willing to invest in their training.” Michelle Murray, President/CEO of CHN Health Care Group.
