All message senders must have compliant Terms & Conditions made available to their consumers/recipients. The page must contain the following details:
  • CHN Healthcare Group may send you 1-2 text messages per week regarding your application, interviews, etc.
  • Message and data rates apply. Message frequency varies
  • Text HELP for help to: 508-429-6949
  • Text STOP to 508-429-6949 to opt-out. Once you opt out, we will no longer send you messages, and your data will no longer be used for messaging purposes. A final acknowledgement text message will be sent advising “no further messages will be sent” from us to you.
